Pairing: Chardonnay is a light, lovely white wine that can be overwhelmed by steaks, game, and tomato dishes. This wine goes well with mild cheese, smoked fish, and, of course, chicken. Make sure to serve Chardonnay at around 55°F – if served too cold it could lose all of its fruity character.
