Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants that will last at least seven days when proper care is maintained for the floral or plant gift.  (Flower / Plant Care)
  • If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please contact us within that time period and we will replace your item or refund your money.

Delivery Conditions

To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery, this especially pertains to edible Fruit Bouquets and other perishable food items that cannot be left if the recipient is unable to receive the delivery.  We also do not accept requests for delivery on specific hours of day without an additional fee.  (Delivery Information)

Substitution Policy

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and a similar container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy

Although we process your request at the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests completed in a timely manner. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your order and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% charge.  Please note that cancellations via email are not accepted.

Returns

Flowers & Perishable Products 
If you believe that you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction provided that it is within the terms specified in the Satisfaction Guarantee.  To receive replacement product, please call us Local: (503) 661-0911 Toll Free: (800) 645-9252 or bring the item to our shop at 620 NE Burnside Rd.  Gresham, OR 97030.

Specialty Gifts 
All giftware sales are final.  Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for store credit (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping or delivery fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive store credit for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
