**Advance Notice & Flower Readiness**

Our custom specialty funeral tributes require more than the availability of specific flowers. Many of these intricate designs depend on chrysanthemums, carnations and other flowers being at the proper stage of maturity to achieve the fullness, detail and precision shown in our photographs.

Because freshly harvested flowers often arrive in a tightly closed or immature stage, additional time may be needed for proper conditioning and natural opening before they can be incorporated into a specialty design.

We strongly recommend placing custom tribute orders at least 5–7 days in advance whenever possible. Some particularly elaborate designs may require additional preparation time.

Orders with shorter notice may be accommodated depending on our production schedule and the availability of flowers that are sufficiently mature and ready for design. If suitable flowers or adequate preparation time are unavailable, we may be unable to accept the order.
